從家庭生涯觀點初探現代雙薪家庭夫妻的性別分工--以四對雙薪家庭夫妻為例

The Study on Sexual Division of Labor of Dual Income Family's Couples from Family Careers' Perspectives: A Case of Four Dual Income Family's Couples

本研究目的是以家庭生涯觀點來初探現代雙薪家庭夫妻的性別分工，其中本研究所談論的家庭生涯係指「親職分工」及「家務分工」兩方面。本研究試圖從家庭生涯觀點來檢視現代雙薪家庭夫妻的性別分工，藉以探究雙薪家庭夫妻在性別分工上所可能產生的衝突與問題，以及在面對這些衝突與問題時，夫妻雙方又是如何溝通以達成共識等情形。本研究根據所蒐集到的訪談資料進行質性內容分析，以下歸納出三個重要結果：\r（1）無論在親職分工或家務分工上，兩性在分工上的明顯差異已比過去傳統家庭有縮減的趨勢；\r（2）夫妻在親職分工及家務分工上主要面臨的衝突與問題分別為「妻子不認同丈夫管教子女的態度與方式」以及「丈夫不滿意妻子做家事的態度與方式」；\r（3）夫妻在處理雙方衝突與問題的溝通模式可分為「尊重對方（以男方意見為主或以女方意見為\r主）」、「共同協商」以及「各持己見（互不相讓）」等三種模式。最後，研究者根據研究結果再加以討論，並於文末針對未來進行婚姻諮商與家庭教育等實務工作上提出個人建議與看法。

The purpose of this research is to explore sexual division of labor of dual income family's couples on their family careers. This research about family careers includes division of parental duties and division of domestic labor. This research tries to explore issues about sexual division of labor of dual income family's couples from their family careers' perspectives， and further explore how dual income family's couples deal with these conflicts on their family careers. This research also explores how couples reach a consensus through communication in the face of these conflicts. Data are collected from interview and analyzed qualitatively. The following conclusions are drawn from this research， including:1. no matter division of parental duties and division of domestic labor， the differences of sexual division of labor are getting less and less obvious; 2. these conflicts about division of parental duties and division of domestic labor are “wife don't agree with the styles of husband's child-rearing” and “husband don't agree with the standard of wife's domestic labor”; 3.the communication modes of these couples are labeling as “husband obey wife” or “wife obey husband”， “conjugal consultation”， and “disagree with each other”.Finally， research limitations and suggestions for future research and practice of marriage consultations and family educations are also discussed.
