美国教育部2011年9月发布了《我们的未来，我们的教师》，这是美国联邦政府在21世纪制定的第一个全面的、专门的、综合的未来10年的教师教育改革战略。具体包括加强衡量教师教育项目的质量、改革教师教育的经济资助和奖学金资助项目、对培养高质量少数民族教师教育机构提供更多支持的策略，旨在促进美国教师教育的改革和发展。

"Our Future，Our Teachers" released by the Department of Education of America in September, 2011 is the first, special, comprehensive reform strategy for teacher education in the next decade. It specifically includes three tactics: strengthening the quality of measuring teacher evaluation programs, reforming the financial aid and scholarship aid projects of teacher education and providing more support for institutions that prepare high quality teachers from diverse backgrounds. The aim of the document is to support and further the reform and development of teacher education in America.
