中文摘要 | 法国是最早创建师范学校的国家之一。社会的发展与变革对教师的要求不断变化,法国教师的地位也随之变迁。小学教师曾经作为乡村文化人受人尊敬,中学教师因承担培养精英的责任而享有较高的社会地位。教育民主化和中小学的发展对教师地位有所影响,但教育质量又要求教师应具备较高的素质。教师培养与录用的硕士化,成为当前法国教师教育改革的主题。 |
英文摘要 | France is one of the earliest countries to create Normal School. Social development and change make the requirements for teachers constantly change, the status of French teachers changes as well. Primary school teachers were respected as rural intellectuals, secondary school teachers enjoyed high social status for their responsibility for training the elite. The democratization of education and the development of primary and secondary schools have an impact on the status of teachers, but the quality of education require teachers having a high quality. Teacher training and recruitment at master degree level has become the theme of the current French teacher education reform. |
