英文摘要 | With relatively high social status and generous remuneration package, Korea has attracted many talented persons to become teachers in basic education, through which quality of basic education is effectively ensured. The paper discusses how Korea has constructed the mechanisms to make teacher profession of basic education attractive fromseveral aspects including laws system, pre- service education and in- service training system, salary system, human resource management systemand cultural tradition. |
