中文摘要 | 本科生导师制是高校教书育人的重要载体,开放性教育是一种注重个性和创造性的教育模式。开放性教育是导师制产生的土壤,导师制是实施开放性教育的重要保证。本科生导师制在我国尚处于试行探索的起步阶段,还面临着不少问题,本文立足于我国高校的现实与实践,提出完善本科生导师制的建议:多渠道建立优秀的导师队伍;明确本科生导师制的目标定位;建立以激励为主的导师评价与考核制度;明确本科生导师制的目标定位;制订和完善对参与本科生导师制的学生的约束机制。 |
英文摘要 | The advising system for undergraduate students is critical for imparting knowledge and educating people in the university. Education of an open nature is a mode of education that emphasizes individuality and creativity. Open education prepares the soil for the advising system while the latter is an important guarantee for implementing the former. The advising system for undergraduate students, still in its infancy in China, faces many challenges. In order to improve the system, this paper suggests that a team of excellent tutors be formed through various channels. In addition, the orientation of the advising system for undergraduate students needs to be clearly defined, and an encouragement-oriented evaluative system needs to be established. |
