现代远程开放教育生源结构的变化及对策——以上海电视大学为例

The Biogenic Structural Changes of Modern and Open Distance Education and Countermeasures—Case Study of Shanghai TV University

现代远程开放教育是构建知识经济时代终身学习体系的主要手段，而电大是我国现代远程开放教育的主力军，因此分析生源、开拓生源是关系电大远程开放教育可持续发展的关键问题。本文以上海电视大学为例，从生源的年龄结构、文化程度、职业类别、报读专业及籍贯等方面进行分析，从而探索电大远程开放教育生源的开拓策略。

Modern distance and open education is a major tool for building knowledge-based economy's life long learning system. In particular, TV universities are the main force in China's distance education. For the sustainable development of TV universities, it is important to analyze the source of students, their demographics, prior educational levels, professional differences, the majors they choose, and the regions where they come from. We use Shanghai TV University as an example, so as to explore ways to attract more high-caliber students.
