非正式环境下学习的研究

The Research on Learning in Informal Environment

全球化使得我们生活的环境日益多样化，学习的社会性也得到了广泛的认同。为了更好地适应社会变迁，终身学习的诉求不断加强，非正式环境下的学习也引起了人们的关注，被认为是应对各种变化的有效途径。本文从现实和虚拟两个维度对非正式环境下学习的各种研究进行论述，介绍了非正式环境下学习研究领域中几个比较重要的研究机构，并对该领域的相关研究进行总结和述评，以期对我国在此领域的研究提供借鉴。

Globalization and immigration all over the world has made our living environment increasingly diverse, and the social nature of learning has been widely recognized. In order to better adapt to social changes, the demand for lifelong learning is increasing too. Informal learning environment has attracted learners'attention, because it seems to be an effective way for people to keep up with various changes. In this paper, we examine research on informal learning from two dimensions, the real and the virtual environments. We also introduce the several important research institutes that focus on informal learning environment. We then review the implications of these research for informal learning studies in China.
