中文摘要 | 目前,虚拟社区已经非常流行,其应用已经扩展到社会、教育和娱乐等许多领域,但应用效果并不如意,重点在于没有解决社区的"深度互动"和"持续性"问题,社会存在感的提出则为这一问题的解决提供了思路。本文对虚拟学习社区以及社会存在感进行了详细阐述,并通过问卷调查,选取CSDN、Ucenter以及Moodle等三个学习社区中的209名成员进行了问卷调查,得出了虚拟学习社区社会存在感的七个影响因子并对其进行归因分析,最后还提出了增强虚拟学习社区社会存在感的策略。 |
英文摘要 | One of the advantages of online learning is its support for deeper interactivity without being limited by time and space. In addition, virtual communityieshave been very popular and have been used in many domains, including social, education, entertainment and etc. However, the implementation of online learning leaves much to be desired, because of an array of questions such as the depth and continuity of online interactions in virtual communities. The study of social presence attempts to fill in this gap. This study begins with the detailed interpretation on virtual learning community and the sense of social presence. Seven impact factors on the social presence of the virtual learning community is studied through the a survey of selecting 209 participants selected from CSDN,Ucenter and Moodle community. Attribution analysis is carried out and strategies are proposed to improve the social presence in these virtual learning communities. |
