Shaping Educational Leader of the Future

領導是一個引人矚目的概念，在漫長的領導研究歷史中，雖然在領導的定義上趨向多元，但它始終牽引著社會科學領域的相關研究。近年來隨著全球化環境的快速變遷，對領導的本質與發展有著不同的詮釋與思維。本文立足於全球環境的平台上，建構出未來教育領導者的應擁有八個領導能力－全球化思維、資訊科技的能力、夥伴關係的建立、組織內外部環境的因應、跨文化領導、分享領導、智慧領導與倫理的決定，並以此八個能力做為教育領導者面對當前教育問題與挑戰的省思，以建構更佳的領導品質。

Leadership is an attention-getting concept. During the long history of the research of leadership， the definition of leadership trends diversely， but it always affects the researches in the social science. Based on the global environment， the research constructs 8 abilities of the educational leader of the future: global thinking， ability of information technology， building the partnership， coping with the inner and outside environment of organization， sharing leadership， wisdom leadership， and ethical decision. The research also suggests leaders should use the 8 abilities to reflect on the current educational questions and challenges to construct better leadership.
