英文摘要 | Selection of initial teachers is a key segment of a teacher education program,which relates to the quality of teacher candidates and the quality of teacher education In the beginning of 21st century, knowledge, skills and dispositions had become the three standards leading the selection of initial teachers in USA When selecting teacher candidates, the selection requirements compass the academic and non-academic requirements, and the selection ways tend to be diverse and integrated The analysis of initial teacher selection in USA will contribute to the present teacher education reform in China |
