中文摘要 | 本研究乃針對教授創造力課程之大學教師進行教學理念之意見調查,以電子郵件方式寄送66份「創造力課程調查問卷」,共回收21份問卷。這些授課教師之專業為教育、理工、管理、傳播等領域。調查結果分述如下:一、創造力之課程目標:教師們共同的理念為相信「創造力能被教授與引導」,創造力課程「有助於提昇學生的創造力」以及「對學生未來的個人成長及專業發展是很重要的」。二、創造力評量:教師對於「每個學生都有創造力」此一議題具有很高的共識;但是對於「創造力能被評量」此一議題的看法,卻較其他題項有明顯差距。三、創造力課程內涵與資源:教師在課程設計上以「能讓學生體驗創造的樂趣」為課程主要的重心;然「與其他教師成立創造力與創新教學社群」則為最少使用之資源。四、學生反應與回饋:教師們大多認為學生對於其所教授之創造力課程的滿意度頗高。 |
英文摘要 | This study was to investigate teaching beliefs of faculty who taught in creative curriculums and came from the fields of education, poly-technology, management, and communication. The findings reveled as following: (1) Goals of creative curriculums: teachers' mutual beliefs were "creativity could be inspired and taught". (2) Evaluations of creativity: teachers had highly consensus on "every students own creativity". But there were apparently disparity in the issue of "creativity could be evaluated". (3) Connotation and resources of creative curriculums: teachers emphasized the core of curriculum design in the issue of "it could be experience creative enjoyment for students". (4) Reaction and feedback of students: most of teachers considered students had great satisfactions about their teaching in creative curriculums. |
