團體動力學在安寧療護的應用

The Application of Group Dynamics in Hospice Care

團體有專業化發展的趨勢為本世紀的重要現象之一，並朝著有組織與有系統的方式，藉以進行某一類別的工作。團體動力是用來描述和探討團體之間的各種行為現象。它不只是實踐的理論，也是ㄧ種思考的模式，其主要目的是希望提升社會上實務工作者，團體的運作能力，以促進團體成長與社會的發展進步。安寧療護與團體動力學密切相關的醫療社會運動，它的觀點需要聚焦在結合各專業團隊工作的力量，共同協助病人及其家屬的照顧關係中。本文藉由了解團體動力學的決策溝通與問題解決的運作原則，應用到安寧療護上，將有助於引領台灣的安寧療護社會運動趨向更加完善的境地。

A remarkable phenomenon in the 21th century is the tendency toward professionallyoriented development of groups， and through conducting a specific type of work， such groups move towards institutionalized and systemized methods. Group dynamics is a practical theory and mode of thinking used to describe and investigate the various behaviors and phenomena among groups. The main purpose of group dynamics is to further improve， within society， the practitioners’ abilities to operate groups with the goal of facilitating their growth and advancing their development. A medical social movement that is closely related to group dynamics is hospice care， which focuses on merging the work forces of different professional teams in order to collaboratively assist in caringrelationships between patients and their families. Through understanding the operational principles of decision-making， communication， and problem-solving， this paper applies these principles to hospice care with the purpose of leading the Taiwanese social movement of hospice care towards an ultimate goal.
