十年来我国激情犯罪的研究取向与教育启示

Research Approach and Educational Implications on Crime by Passion for Ten Years

激情犯罪作为一种特殊类型的犯罪,在生活中越来越常见,也常被用作对犯罪人从宽处罚的理由。近年来,它逐渐进入学术界的视野,成为不少学者的研究课题。本文通过文献分析法,对2000年至2011年所有的激情犯罪文献进行了梳理和比较,总结出十年来国内学者对激情犯罪问题的研究发展状况和趋势,并从教学实践的角度,提出了相应的教育启示,以期促进青少年的良好发展,提高教育成效,降低社会管理成本。

Passion crime as a special type of crime, in the life more and more common, and were often used as a criminal punishment to put the reason. In recent years, it gradually into the view of the academic circles, become many scholars research topic. This article through the literature analysis, analysis and compare all the crime by passion literatures from 2000 to 2011,and sums up the development status and trends in 10 years of domestic scholars. Then from the point of view of teaching practice, propose appropriate implications for education in order to promote adolescents' development, improve educational effectiveness and reduce the cost of social management.
