研究生是高校科研活动中信息需求较高的一个群体，在Web 2.0环境的大背景下，研究生如何更好地利用网络问答小区这一重要途径具有重大意义。该研究采用问卷调查法，调查了当前研究生使用网络问答小区的现状，分析了研究生使用网络问答小区的影响因素，寻求提高网络问答小区利用率的对策，从而进一步提高研究生利用网络问答小区进行学习的效率。

Graduate students are a group of higher information requirements of scientific research activities in universities. In the backdrop of the web 2.0 environment， how to make better use of the web Q & A community is of great significance to Graduate students. The research adopts questionnaire method. The current situation of graduate web Q&A community application was investigated， the influencing factors used in the web Q & A community were analyzed， consequently， to strive to play a strong function of the web Q & A community to improve the efficiency of graduate study.
