基于移动宽带网的手把手远程教学模式实验研究

Experimental Research on Remote Teach-by-Doing Mode on Mobile Broadband Internet

为探索基于移动宽带网的手把手远程教学，创设了实验环境，以远程指导计算机故障排除为实例，进行了72次实验室教学实验。实验分析结果表明，在考虑设备差异的影响后，远程手把手指导效果评分均在70分以上，是有效的，但比当面指导得分低10分以上。对于现象类似、解决步骤单一固定的教学内容，教学数据辅助远程教学法效果最好。对于更复杂的教学内容，答疑式教学法更有效。研究还发现传统手把手指导中最好的方法在远程中未必最好。

In order to explore Remote Teach-by-Doing Mode on Mobile Broadband Internet， the experimental environment is built and exampled by instructing people to exclude computer faults. After considering the effect of performance difference among different devices， analysis results of 72 experiments show that effect score of Remote Teach-by-Doing guidance are more than 70 points， 10 points lower than face-to-face guidance. About the teaching content of similar problem phenomenon with single solution， teaching method assisted by the teaching materials is better than others. And in other types of teaching content， which are more complex， teaching method with Question & Answer style is more effective than others. Study also found that the best teaching method in traditional context is not certainly the best one in remote context.
