高校教育信息化建设的定位探析——以江苏高校淮海工学院为例

信息化已经成为全球各行各业发展的必然要求，信息化建设水平也已成为衡量一所高校教学、科研、管理水平的重要标志。文章在介绍＂国家对教育信息化建设的最新要求\＂和\＂江苏省对高校教学信息化建设的最新指导意见＂基础上，阐述了高校教育信息化的发展趋势，分析了淮海工学院教育信息化建设的现状和存在的问题，并由此进一步指出了普通高校教育信息化建设应坚持的共性发展定位。

Information construction has become a necessary requirement for the development of global industries， the level of information construction has also become an important symbol which can measure the abilities on a university teaching， research， management. Based on an exploration of ＂The latest requirements of China education information construction＂ and ＂The latest education information construction guidances of colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province＂， the colleges education information construction trends are described. the current situation and information construction problems in Huaihai Institute of Technology ( HHIT) are analyzed， and the common development orientation of colleges' education information construction which must be adhered to is pointed out.
