中文摘要 | 教师培训被认为是在职教师提高自身素质最重要的方式。加强中小学在职教师培训,不断提高教师队伍的整体素质,是基础教育教师队伍建设的重要内容。文章在对教育技术能力培训中普遍出现的并且严重影响培训效果的问题进行分析的基础上,引出教师在培训中的有效参与的重要性,提出促进有效参与的对策及案例设计,希望对教师培训有一定的指导作用。 |
英文摘要 | Teachers in-service education is believed as the important way to their professional development. Enhancing the effect of the training for primary and secondary school in-service teachers, continuously improving the overall quality of teachers, are the most important parts of the basic teachers education. Based on the analysis of serious issues which general exist in the teachers educational technology competency training and affect the effectiveness of training, we induce the important factor—effective participation. Further more, we propose measures to promote effective participation and introduce one case. Wish this paper can bring you some guides in the field of teachers' training. |
