文化的嫁接与自主是日本大学文化发展的基本逻辑，文化嫁接主要表现为文化反思和文化主动，文化自主主要表现为文化自信和文化坚守，嫁接与自主的相互促进实现了大学文化的自我超越。后发外生型国家大学的文化使命、传统文化的基本特征、大学教授的文化使命及面向世界的思维方式、学术权力表达机制的建构等是日本大学文化发展逻辑的基本生成动力。大学高层次科学创新能力的发展和形成是大学文化发展逻辑的必然，日本大学文化的发展逻辑对中国大学文化建设具有借鉴意义。

Culture grafting and culture autonomousness are the basic logics of the university culture development in Japan. The main forms of culture grafting are cultural reflection and cultural initiative; culture autonomousness is mainly presented by cultural confidence and cultural conservativeness. Grafting and autonomousness interact with each other and realize the self-transcendence of the university culture. The mission of the university culture of the country with the epigenetic and exogenous style， the basic feature of traditional culture， the mission of the culture of the university faculty， the mode of the world-oriented thinking， the structure of expression mechanism of academic power， and so forth are the sources of the power of the formation of the logic of the development of the university culture in Japan. The development and the formation of the high-level science creativity in universities are the necessities of the development of the logic of the university culture. The logic of the university culture development in Japan can be used as reference for the construction of the university culture in China.
