英文摘要 | Teacher motivation not only has a close relationship with teaching behavior and teacher professional development, but it also impacts students perception about teaching and their academic performance Based on the review of three motivation theories and relevant research, this paper summarizes the relation and difference among these theories and points out five prospects for the future research on teacher motivation, such as theoretical construction, and antecedent effect in empirical research |
