本文立足于金融危机时期中美两国大学投融资能力依存度方面的分析，通过美国两所大学和我国两所大学投融资能力的比较，对我国大学的投融资能力现有结构现状的剖析，透析美国优秀大学投融资的价值判断、路径和方式的抉择，从而对我国大学的投融资能力做出一个现实而合理的评价，并从中反观我国大学投融资能力的缺失，为今后提升我国大学的投融资能力提供参考。

Based on the comparison on dependence of investment and financing capacities in American universities and in Chinese ones in the financial crisis， specifically， the comparison between two American universities and two Chinese ones， the essay aims to make a profound analysis on the current structural features of investment and financing capacities in Chinese universities， and to research relevant choices made by American universities.
