英文摘要 | The courage in teacher s professional life is the breadth of spirit which occurs and displays based on teacher s practice in his or her professional life. It motivates teacher s professional development through helping teacher to face and challenge the fear and anxiety in his or her professional life. This means that teachers need to keep awe often, shoulder the responsibility consciously, realize self-affirmation in self-denial, and cope with fear by a variety of ways in their professional life. The significance of courage in teacher’s professional life lies in three aspects: it helps teachers to overcome difficulties in their professional development; it is a precondition of teacher’s professional development; and it provides inner motivation for teachers’ professional development. |
