Comments on the Research of the Cultivation of Small Students Leaders in Contemporary China

学生小干部一直都是学校教育生活中的重要存在。本文旨在梳理当代中国学生小干部培养之研究现状，通过对小干部本身的内涵解读，对小干部培养的目标定位，对包含选拔、岗位、评价在内的小干部培养的核心环节和外部支持等方面的梳理，呼唤当前对小干部培养的研究需要在定位、主体、方法、视野上做出整体提升。

The small student leaders have existed in the school life as an important part for a long time. This study aims to sort out the situation about the cultivation and research of small student leaders in Contemporary China. By the interpretation of the connotation of small student leaders， and clarifying the targets， core process including selection， contents and evaluation， and external support during the cultivation of small student leaders， it needs to call for the ascension of target-location， subject， methods， vision in the research of the cultivation of small students leaders.
