英文摘要 | The principal and teacher professional development is the premise and guarantee of the school professional development. On the basis of common considerations of the principal professional development and teachers' professional development, it strives to refine out both the most relevant five common index: concepts, objectives, roles, standards and stages. And then, according to the five corresponding general indexes, it forwards the five common strategies: learning motivation, practice and reflection, gradual propulsion, evaluation orientation and stratified optimization. |
