素養導向的校長培訓、遴選、評鑑與支持系統

素養導向之校長領導將有助於教師素養導向課程與教學，但是有效的校長取決於校長擁有的知識、價值及其作為。因此，校長的培訓與持續不斷的在職進修與專業成長，相當重要。
