中文摘要 | 目的:主要探討生成式人工智慧(Generative Artificial Intelligence, GenAI),特別是ChatGPT,在醫護領域的創新應用與挑戰。方法:方法學上是藉由文獻彙整,選取與本主題相關的國內外文獻,以探討發展與實務應用。結果:一、GenAI能簡化醫護工作,將複雜的醫學資訊轉化為易懂的內容,並能作為個人助理,協助跨專業團隊建立共識,促進醫護人員與病患及其家屬之間的有效溝通,提升醫療品質;二、GenAI能為醫護學生提供個人化學習教材,透過情境模擬和即時回饋,提升學生學習效率,縮短初入職場的工作適應期;三、GenAI在心理健康照護和運動處方等應用尚未成熟,若涉及風險較高的決策時,仍須仰賴醫護人員的專業判斷。建議:未來為確保GenAI的應用能符合倫理和隱私保護等問題,政策制定者應制定應用準則,保障使用者隱私與知情權,提升醫護人員的科技素養,確保AI應用的公平性與責任。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: This article explores the applications and challenges of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI), focusing on ChatGPT in healthcare. Method: The methodology is to collect literature and select domestic and foreign literature related to this topic to explore development and practical application. Conclusion: 1. GenAI streamlines tasks, simplifies complex medical information, and acts as a virtual assistant to foster interdisciplinary consensus and improve communication among healthcare providers, patients, and families, enhancing care quality. 2. It also supports personalized learning for healthcare students through scenario based simulations and real-time feedback, boosting efficiency and easing workplace adaptation for newcomers. 3. GenAI’s application in mental health care and exercise prescriptions remains underdeveloped, and high-risk decisions still require professional judgment. Suggestion: to address ethical and privacy concerns, policymakers should establish clear guidelines to safeguard user privacy, ensure informed consent, enhance technological literacy among healthcare workers, and promote fairness and accountability in AI use. |
