中文摘要 | 本研究採文字探勘方法,分析學習歷程檔案相關新聞,並歸納其內容取向。資料來源為《自由時報》、《聯合報》及《中國時報》,取樣關鍵字為「學習歷程檔案」,取樣期間為2014年11月1日至2024年6月30日(共計116個月),經檢視篩選後共取得1,094篇相關報導。新聞資料以次數分配、結構式主題模型分析及情緒分析等方式處理,彙整出學習歷程檔案相關新聞之歷年數量、趨勢、議題取向及情緒傾向等結果。研究結果發現:一、近年學習歷程檔案新聞報導量以2021年的304篇最多,其次為2022年177篇、2019年170篇;就月分而論,最多為2021年9月的90篇,其次為2022年3月49篇,其報導趨勢與學習歷程檔案考招入學或關注事件有關。二、「新聞標題」部分,歸納為「考招入學制度」及「關注事件」兩個議題,情緒傾向偏為中立者居多;「新聞內文」部分,歸納為「備審資料」、「申請入學」、「多元選修」、「升學擔憂」、「檔案遺失」及「教育政策」等六個議題,情緒傾向則為正向居多。三、相關新聞內文報導議題趨勢走向,在2016年初期重視申請入學議題,2019年轉為關注備審資料議題,2021年之焦點轉向檔案遺失,2022年報導重點又回到備審資料、多元選修、教育政策等議題。本研究根據研究結果提出建議,作為後續政策發展與研究參考之用。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigated the content of news articles pertaining to learning portfolios and subsequently analyzed and summarized their content orientation through text mining. Regarding the data source, news reports containing the keyword “learning portfolio” and published between November 1, 2014, and June 30, 2024 (116 months) were obtained from the Liberty Times, United Daily News, and China Times. In total, 1,094 relevant new reports were identified after a screening process. News content was processed using frequency distribution, structural topic modeling, and sentiment analysis, and annual quantities, trends, topic orientations, and emotional tendencies were thus determined. The analysis results are outlined as follows: 1. The year 2021 had the highest number of news reports on learning portfolios (304), followed by 2022 (177) and 2019 (170). Regarding monthly trends, September 2021 had the highest number of reports (90 reports), followed by March 2022 (49 reports). The reporting trend was closely related to admissions involving learning portfolios or significant public events. 2. In the “news headlines” section, two key issues were identified: “admissions system” and “highlighted events.” Among headlines, neutral sentiment was the most prevalent. In the “news content” section, six issues were identified: review materials,” “application for admission,” “multiple electives,” “concerns about advancement in education,” “file loss,” and “education policy.” The sentiment tendency was mostly positive. 3. A trend analysis of topics reported in the news content indicated that in early 2016, the focus was on application for admission issues. In 2019, emphasis shifted to review materials. In 2021, emphasis shifted to file loss, and in 2022, emphasis returned to review materials, multiple electives, and education policy. On the basis of its findings, this study provides recommendations for policy development. |
