中文摘要 | 聯合國教科文組織( United Nations Educational, Scientific and CulturalOrganization, UNESCO)於2016年提出「教育2030行動框架」,並保證全納與公平之教育品質與提升高等教育機構內部品質文化,成為未來全球教育之藍圖。此一國際趨勢也影響了韓國高等教育,重視內部教學品質的提升。例如,韓國京畿大學(Kyong-gi University)為提升校內教學卓越的品質,於2017年建立「自辦教育認可制」(原文為교육인증제),並進行認可制之成效研究,同時基於前導研究結果逐一推動教育認可機制,在2022年全面推動教育認可評鑑來強化高等教育對內落實教學卓越的品質。本研究探討全球高等教育確保教學卓越品質的趨勢,解析韓國高等教育對內建立提升教學品質機制的發展現況,從韓國京畿大學推動自辦教育認可評鑑經驗,闡述實施問題及改善方向,並從該大學實施的經驗提出臺灣高等教育對內建立提升教學品質的實務建議。 |
英文摘要 | The Education 2030 Framework for Action adopted by UNESCO in 2016 guarantees inclusive and equitable education quality and enhances the quality culture within higher education institutions as a blueprint for the future of global education. This international trend demands that the internal quality of Korean higher education should be improved. Kyong-gi University established an educational accreditation system, an internal quality management system, in 2017 and has been promoting an educational accreditation system for all departments since 2022. This study identified the status of international higher education quality assurance and explored the development status of Korea’s higher education quality systems. In addition, based on the case of Kyong-gi University, practical suggestions were made for the internal quality management system of higher education in Taiwan. |
