中文摘要 | 長久以來,領導溝通是提升成員士氣、動機、信任與績效的重要關鍵。有效溝通與有效領導是一體的兩面。然而,領導者語言的研究仍屬稀少。校長是學校主要的領導者,負責學校組織所有的管理責任。校長的溝通相當複雜,必須要了解傳遞與接收師生訊息的機制。近來學者提倡領導者之激勵語言,激勵語言理論提供理解有效領導者溝通的架構。根據上述,本文最主要的目的在探討激勵語言的內涵和啟示。首先,分析激勵語言的內涵;其次,探討激勵語言的立論基礎;第三,分析激勵語言的相關研究;最後,提出對校長領導的實施策略與結語。 |
英文摘要 | Leader communication has long been shown to be a critical factor in worker moral, motivation, goodwill, trustworthiness and performance. Effective communication and effective leadership are closely connected. However, the language of leadership in organizations has received little attention from researchers. A school principal is the chief leader, responsible for the overall management of the school organization. Principal communication is much more complicated, and principal need to know the mechanics of sending and receiving information to teachers and students. Scholars have recently advocate motivating language. Motivating language theory provides a framework for understanding effective leader communication. This paper aims to analyze the connotation and implication of motivating language. Firstly, it explains the connotation of motivating language. Secondly, it mentions the foundation of theory of motivating language. Thirdly, it analyze the related research of motivating language. Finally, it proposes the implication of principal and provides a conclusion. |
