美国加利福尼亚州圣地亚哥地区High Tech High特许学校的教师资格认证计划作为一种以自己学校为基地的教师培养和资格认证的独特模式，它由“教师实习计划”和“教师入职计划”这两个紧密联系的部分构成，具有五个方面的特点。本文试图通过对该计划实施的缘由、具体内容、过程以及特点进行分析，进一步把握当今美国以中小学为基地的教师培养与认证模式的发展方向。
In San Diego, California, USA, there is a charter school system, called High Tech High. Its teacher credential program is a unique teacher training and qualification certification mode, which is based on its own school system, the program consists of two closely related components, that is “teacher internship program” and “teacher induction program”, also has five-aspect characteristics. This paper will give a analysis on the reasons、specific contents、its process and trait of this program, in order to further grasp the develop directions of current American teacher training and qualification certification mode based on primary education system.
