Prospects for the Quality and Development Level of Higher Education: the New Vision of Powerful Nation of Higher Education

高等教育是整个教育系统的最高层次，担负着培养高级专门人才、发展传播科学技术文化及促进现代化建设的重任。高等教育未来的发展水平将极大影响甚至可能决定中国现代化建设之进程和中华民族之兴盛。本文就我国高等教育面临的形势、发展战略选择、结构优化和深化教学改革等四个方面对高等教育发展的前景进行概括性展望。

Higher education in the top of whole education system which takes on the important tasks such as training advanced special talents， developing and spreading technique and promoting modernization. The progress of building china modernization and prosperity of China are influenced by the development level of higher education in future so much that it is the determinant in the progress. This paper will give prospects for the future of higher education based on situation of higher education， the choice of strategy， structure optimization and deepen teaching reforms.
