本科新生的职业／主修专业认同：教育模式比较的角度

Career/Major Identity of College Freshmen: From the Comparative Angle of Education Patterns

本文从教育模式比较的角度，探讨本科新生的职业／主修专业认同发展。2427名本科新生完成了职业／主修专业认同发展问卷。研究结果表明，在职业／主修专业认同发展状态上，决定进入不同教育模式的本科新生达到的状态有所不同，已经确定不同学科方向的本科新生在职业／主修专业认同延缓和闭合状态上也存在着显著差异。研究结果提示，只有充分考虑不同教育模式背景，对本科新生的职业认同辅导才会有促进发展的力量。

Questionnaire was used to probe into career/major identity development of 2427 college freshmen from the comparative angle of education patterns. The results indicate:（1）in the status of career/major identity development， college freshmen who have already determined to go into different education patterns are different;（2）there are significant differences between college freshmen who have already chosen different discipline directions in career/major identity as with moratiorium and foreclosure. It suggests that， career identity counseling of college freshmen is able to facilitate development only when tailoring to different education patterns.
