学生贷款的偿还和回收是参与贷款各方关注的重要问题，也是保持学生贷款持续发展的关键。本文计量了国家助学贷款在老政策和新政策条件下各自的偿还率、回收率和相对效率指数，并与近四十个国家学生贷款的偿还和回收总体效率作了国际比较，说明国家助学贷款的实施效率，最后针对提高助学贷款实施效率提出了政策性建议。

The repayment and recovery of student loans， a significant issue for all parties concerned， plays key function in maintaining student loans sustainable development. The paper lists the repayment ratio， recovery ratio and relative efficiency index of the Government-Subsidize Student Loan (GSSL) under the old and new policy respectively， and carries out an international comparison with the student loans in China and other 40 countries to show the efficiency of the GSSL policy implementation. Finally， the article concludes with some policy suggestions on improving the GSSL efficiency.
