教育自传中的个人知识：关于”好教师”的调查研究

Teachers’ Personal Knowledge in Educational Autobiography：An Investigation on the Good Teacher

研究”好教师”的特征可以通过多种途径。研究者既可以直接观察教师的行为，也可以阅读教师本人撰写的专业论文，但真正有效的路径是让教师讲述自己的教育自传或个人生活史，让有关”好教师”的个人知识在教师的个人生活史的叙述中间接地显露出来。从大量的教育自传中，本研究得出基本结论认为：好教师有两个基本特征，一个那个教师”对我好”；二是那个教师”有激情”。

A good teacher has various characteristics， which can be observed directly in his / her behavior or examined in his / her professional paper. However， a more effective way is to let the teacher tell his / her personal life history or educational autobiography. In this article， the personal knowledge of the good teacher is revealed through his / her personal life history. According to numerous educational autobiographies as the basis for this study， the Good Teacher mainly has two characteristics：kind to students and having passion for education.
