大学理念，一直是教育思想家关注的话题。”文化是大学之魂”是一种大学哲学观，核心是回答大学是做么的、什么是大学、怎样办大学，以及办什么样的大学一些基本问题。当今时代强烈呼唤大学创新，而理念创新是大学创新的先导，本文主要从时代的高度和文化的视角对大学的这些基本问题进行一些理性思考。

The idea of university has been a longstanding topic for educational thinkers. “Culture：the Spirit of University” is a kind of philosophy of university， whose core is to deal with a series of basic theoretical issues， such as “what does university to”， “what is a university”， “hw to manage a university”， and “which kinds of universities are needed”. University innovation is a key to today’s world， and idea innovation is the precondition of university innovation.
