教育公平是一种理想，也是当今世界各国努力追求的目标之一。教育公平问题在我国目前已引起了人们极大的关注。国际教育界倡导的全纳教育思想，为我们认识教育公平问题提供了一个很好的思考角度。全纳教育注重人的受教育权利，认为受教育权利是教育公平的前提，保障受教育权是实现教育公平的基础，教育公平有赖于全纳教育的实践。因此，普通教育开展全纳教育可以实现教育公平、走向和谐社会打好基础。

Education equity is an ideal， and is also one of the major goals every country would like to achieve. The ideal of Inclusive Education， which stresses the human right of education is a premise of education equity， has provided a good perspective to resolving the problem of education equity. In order to realize the education equity and inclusive society， it's necessary for regular schools to practice the inclusive education.
