英文摘要	This paper summarizes the significance of Sukhomlinski’s educational theories in the new era， and it also puts forward the core concept─the devotion to children， his/her career and the school is the basic and permanent quality of a qualified teacher. The core concept doesn’t change with the development of era and environment.
