Review of Partnership-based Teacher Education Policy in Australia

20世纪90年代以来，建构大学与中小学合作伙伴关系，成为澳大利亚教师教育政策的主旋律。澳大利亚政府引领的大学与中小学合作伙伴教师教育项目包括：”基于教师发展的大学与中小学创新联系工程”、”优直教师方案”、”基于伙伴的教师更新项目”、”初任教师的有效计划”等。近年来，澳大利亚政府不断改进大学与中小学的伙伴关系，注重提升教师教育质量。

In Australia， the need for school-university partnerships continues to be a pervasive theme in the teacher education policy since the 1990s. School-university partnerships programs led by Australian government include: the ‘Innovative Links project’; the ‘Quality Teacher Program’; the ‘Teacher Renewal through Partnership Program’， and the ‘Effective Program for Beginning Teachers’. The Australian government keeps on improving school-university partnerships to enhance the quality of teacher education in recent years.
