浅析生产实习环境对大学生的消极影响

生产实习是实现人才培养目标的重要实践环节，在完善学生的知识结构、优化学习方法、培养正确的人生观和价值观方面起着关键的作用。分析了大学生在生产实习中易受消极情绪感染的原因，提出了如何正确引导学生，杜绝不良情绪感染的预防和应对措施，从而确保生产实习质量，让学生在实习中真正得到应有的训练，提高学生的认知能力、创新能力和综合素质，重塑学生的信仰。

Production practice is an important practical link to achieve the production target about personnal training. It play a key role in improve the student's knowledge structure and developing positive outlook on life and values. We need to eliminate the negative emotions of infection and properly guide students to study in production practice. Under the joint efforts of schools， student teachers and students， production quality should be ensured to improve student's cognitive ability， innovation and overall quality.
