英文摘要	The lawsuit legal science course content take the statute book as the foundation， take the annotation as a method， the basic composition is the basic theory， the basic principle， the lawsuit system and the legal procedure four big tectonic plates. The author suggests the development law suitable course content， because it is in the lawsuit system's essential constituent.
