论在高职语文教学中如何培养学生的创新能力

创新作为实施素质教育的关键，已成为时代和社会发展的必然选择。在语文教学中应注重培养学生的创新能力，注重创设情境，激励学生参与教学活动的积极性，激发学生的想象力，教师要严把质疑的质量关，还要引导学生由[求同]思维向[求异]思维转变，由[他主学习]向[自我学习]方向转变，逐渐培养他们的创新能力。

Creativity plays a vital role in the implementation of quality education. Therefore， it will be among the wise choice in the social development. In the Chinese language teaching， creativity should be paid more attention to by creating a proper situation， inspiring the enthusiasm of students getting involved in the teaching activity and intriguing students’ imagination. Teachers should be responsible for the quality of students’ questions， for the transition from [similarity]to [variety]in students’ thinking and for the transformation from[dependence]to[automation]in students’ learning model. Thus， students’ creativity is gradually developed.
