我校工程管理专业人才培养模式的特色研究

随着工程管理大批的毕业生进入工作岗位，大量反馈信息显示在该专业人才培养中专业覆盖范围广和专业核心特色不强之间的矛盾已经相当突出，社会和用人单位对工程管理专业本科生的认可度不高，已经成为专业发展的瓶颈。因此，对工程管理专业本科人才培养模式进行进一步的探讨，制定体现鲜明特色的工程管理专业的人才培养模式，适合社会发展的需要，显得十分必要和重要。本文将从工程管理专业的现状出发，结合我校的实际情况，为我校工程管理专业人才培养模式的特色研究，探讨一整套可供借鉴的理论方法。

With large numbers of graduates of project management major entering the labor market， a great deal of feedback information reveal that the contradiction between the wide professional coverage and weak major feature is becoming quite prominent and the low degree of major recognition from the society and the employing unity obstruct its development. Therefore， it is considered necessary and important to further explore the undergraduates， talent-fostering mode in project management major， which could embody its distinctive characteristics， as well as meet the needs of social development. Based on the present situation of project management major and our school， this article will probe into a set of theoretical approaches for the characteristics study of our school’s talent fostering mode of project management major.
