中文摘要 | 本文首先基于现有网络教育平台突出存在的[信息过载”、[因材施教”、[环境孤立”等问题,剖析了其形成机理和相关方面的探索情况。随后,本文结合当前智能代理、信息检索、领域本体知识和个性化服务的研究和应用成果,并且在一定的实验验证和理论研究的基础上,给出了当前在网络教育领域应特别关注的一些技术实现重点和问题解决途径,即基于智能代理的学习资源检索技术,基于领域本体知识的学习资源主题词索引及管理技术,基于自组织的个性化智能推荐和匹配技术,基于语义分析的元数据信息提取和描述模型,针对用户兴趣模型的构成、表示及演化机制研究,针对动态学习组织的推荐内容展示和协同技术研究等。此外,本文在汇总国内外新型网络教育平台建设和应用情况的基础上,也提出了一些建设新一代网络教育平台所需要的注意事项和系统实现要求,以供相关系统设计者参考。 |
英文摘要 | This paper explores several looming issues with e-learning systems, such as information overload, the lack of individualization, and isolated learning environment. The paper traces the history of these issues and the current research on them. The paper then examines current research and applications in intelligent agents, information retrieval and domain knowledge management and personalized services in a search for key technologies and methods that may help in addressing issues with the learning platforms. These technologies and methods include:intelligent agent-based retrieval of learning resources, resource management and indexing based on domain knowledge menegement, intelligent recommendation and individualized smart matching based on self-organization, and information extraction and metadata modeling based on semantic analysis. The paper also studies research on the formation, expression and evolution of user interests, and research into expressions of recommended content in dynamic learning organizations, as well as collaborative technologies. In addition, based on current national and international usage of learning management systems, the paper also offers advice and systems requirements for designers of future e-learning systems. |
