学习型社会背景下上海社区教育发展的若干思考

Reflection on the Development of Community Education in Shanghai

社区教育是建设学习型社会的基本途径和载体，而我国社区教育的发展进入了新的历史阶段。本文从社区教育的内涵及其在学习型社会建设中的重要作用入手，通过大规模问卷调查，分析了上海社区教育在教育对象、教育功能、教育教学形式等方面的新需求，并提出理顺管理体制、整合资源建设、依托社区学院等措施来进一步推动上海社区教育发展，以促进上海社区教育的持续发展。

Community education is the approach and carrier of building learning society Community education in Shanghai has come into a new phase. The article begins with the signification of the community education and its important function in building learning society. Then based on the questionnaire from large numbers of community residents， the article analyzes the new demands of learners， function， teaching form et cl. of community education in Shanghai. Finally， the author puts forward some measures to impulse the development of community education in Shanghai.
