教育信息化與教育信息公開

Educational Informationization and Freedom of Educational Information

本文從比較的角度對教育信息化與教育信息公開兩個問題進行了研究。研究發現，二者雖在信息的範圍、關注的焦點、產生的背景和追求的目標等方面都有差異，但仍然存在相輔相承的關係，即教育信息公開是教育信息化的一個基本前提，而教育信息化則是教育信息公開的重要途徑。文章最後指出，我國目前存在的主要問題是教育信息未得到充分公開。

Comparing educational informationization with the freedom of educational information， the author found some differences between the two things， such as the scope of information， the focus of attention， the background and the goal. But there are relationships between them， the former is the main approach of the latter， and the latter is the basic premise of the former. At last， the author pointed out that the main problem is the lack of freedom of educational information.
