利他人格研究述评

Studies on Altruistic Personality

就在“人类行为决定于人格和情境两大因素交互作用”这一观点逐渐成为心理学界之共识时，人格心理学家却还在为证明利他行为中人格因素的存在而长期不懈地搜寻着相关佐证。直到近年，利他人格这一概念才逐渐得到研究者的认可，并确立了其在利他行为研究中应有的地位。本文对人格研究者从反驳人们对利他人格存在的质疑，到发现利他人格，再到对其内在结构探索的发展线索深入剖析，列举了利他人格领域新近的研究成果，以及该研究领域尚存的问题，并对利他人格今后的研究进行了展望。

Personality psychologists endeavored to prove existence of the altruistic personality， while psychologists gradually agree that personality-situation interactions determine human behavior. Until recent year， altruistic personality has been generally acknowledged and found its own place in the field. This article provides an overall review on the studies of altruistic personality from refuting the doubt to its existent， finding the evidence for the altruistic personality， to exploring its inner framework. It addresses some new achievements as well as problems in this field and points out the possible direction for future research.
