英文摘要	This article， composed of a series of discourses on the establishment of a System of Socialist Education with Chinese Characteristics， is written by scholars from Fudan University. They analyze the National Outline for Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development (2010-2020) from different perspectives， in the hope of sparking more in-depth discussion on the outline.
