基于绩效的农村学校教师教育技术能力生成性培训研究

Study on Generative Training of Rural Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Educational Technology Competence in Performance Perspective

文章对山西省农村学校教师教育技术能力培训中存在的问题进行了探讨，从绩效的视角对培训进行了审视和反思，提出应转换教师教育范式，采用生成性培训来提高教师的培训绩效，并对生成性培训的实施过程进行了探究。

This paper discusses the problem existed in rural primary and secondary school teachers' educational technology competence training in Shanxi province， surveys and reflects the training in performance perspective， it puts forward the mode of the training that should be a generative training so as to enhance their training performance， and also does some researches on the implement process of generative training.
