促使农业科研成果和实用技术尽快应用于农业生产，保障农业的发展，实现农业的现代化很大程度上取决于农技推广人员的科技水平。面对广大基层农技人员队伍知识结构和技能水平急需提高的现实需要，提出基于Sakai平台开展农技推广人员远程培训模式，以解决现有培训体制存在的时空限制、规模有限、互动性不强等问题。

Promoting agricultural research results and practical techniques used in agricultural production as soon as possible to ensure the development of agriculture， modernization of agriculture depends largely on the level of agricultural technology popularization of science and technology. Facing the need of improving knowledge structure and skills in Agricultural science worker， the paper promotes one distance training model for carrying out agricultural technology based on the Sakai platform， in order to in the existing training system overcome the space-time’s limit， the scale’s limit， weak interaction and so on. The face of broad grass-roots team of technicians from the knowledge structure and skills needed to improve training and practical needs of this paper， based on the Sakai platform for distance training of extension workers to carry out agricultural technology in general in order to overcome the existing training system， there is time and space constraints limited scale， weak interaction and so on.
