文章在分析目前网络教育统考支持服务存在问题的基础上，探索加强支持服务提高网络教育统考通过率的途径，然后，分析了中国地质大学远程教育海宁学习中心的成功经验，最后，提出为考生提供完善的支持服务是提高网络教育统考通过率的有效办法。

This paper explored the way of improving the pass rate of unified examination by strengthening support services， based on the analysis of the problems in the current exam support and services. Subsequently， The paper summarized the successful practice experience of HaiNing Learning Center of Distance Education of China University of Geosciences. At the end， the paper pointed out only by the way above can improve the pass rate.
