中文摘要 | 本文是臺灣正向行為支持學會在2024年夏天至日本德島縣參訪其縣級教育支援中心與三所中小學及一所特殊學校後的省思紀錄。德島縣是日本第一個行政自治體將「全校正向行為支持」(School-wide Positive Behavior Support,簡稱SWPBS)納入其整體教育方針,目前全縣大約有80%的公立學校實施SWPBS。本文著重於SWPBS對於特殊教育之啟發,首先介紹SWPBS與特殊教育學生情緒行為處理架構(小三角形)之關聯,接著延伸至本次參訪之德島縣整體團隊運作,並特別介紹參訪之一特殊學校―板野南特殊學校之實施狀況,也以行程結尾前與三位在日本推行SWPBS不遺餘力的大學教授們的會談,詳細說明德島縣在實施SWPBS的歷史脈絡、目前之推行狀況與困難以及未來願景,三位教授也分享在不同縣市、學區與教育階段場域推動SWPBS的想法,並與參訪者就臺灣現況進行交流。文後針對臺灣正向行為支持的發展提出省思與展望。 |
英文摘要 | This article presented reflective learning of the board members of the Taiwan Association for Positive Behavior Support and Interventions (TW PBIS) from a professional visit to Tokushima Prefecture, Japan, in the Summer of 2024. Tokushima Prefecture is the first municipality in Japan to include“School-wide Positive Behavior Support (SWPBS)”in its prefectural educational policy and planning. Currently, approximately 80% of public schools in Tokushima are implementing SWPBS. In this article, we specifically stated the inspiration of SWPBS and its application in special education settings.. First, the connection between SWPBS and the framework used to manage the emotional and behavioral challenges of students with special needs was introduced. Then, the teamwork to implement SWPBS in Tokushima was introduced, and details were illustrated by a local special education school. TW PBIS board members also met with the three faculty members at the universities who were the initial promoters for SWPBIS in Japan. The three faculty members explained the context of how Tokushima Prefecture started implementing SWPBS, the difficulties the educators in Tokushima were facing, and the future vision related to SWPBS. They also shared thoughts and observations from promoting SWPBS in different cities or prefectures in Japan and further exchanged experiences in Taiwan. Lastly, implications and reflections on further enhancing PBS dissimilation in Taiwan were discussed. |
